i was so dissapointed on wed when i went down to city hall with liwen, thinking that i would be able to savour cartel breakfast. then i was told that they only served breakfast on weekends. i want cartel breakfast.and coffee bean breakfast.! there is something about eating a hearty breakfast that is so luring. imagine scramble eggs, hotdogs, toast
