jiminy cricket i just heard elizabeth singing to herself over the baby monitor. singing! she's only eleven days old for goodness sake! maybe i should send her into the x factor?

The bouncer standing on the door to the outside smoky area of autonomy just told me to "move out of the way and stop blocking the door please".

My baby's head is 2/5ths engaged! hoorah! we bought a pram on saturday! it's black and red and has a matching changing bag, parasol and footmuff and it converts into a pushchair for when baby is a bit older. and it has lockable swivel wheels and rear suspension! lucky baby! we also bought a huge hamper full of washable nappies, a cot mattress and a nursing chair, which i'd had my ( Read more... )

i am now officially jobless. yesterday was a bit rubbish, loads of people at work were all upset, some of them have been working together for fifteen years and were really close, almost like family. i know i'll never be so lucky as to work at such a nice place again, but dem's da breaks i suppose. and at least i've got a nice fat redundancy cheque ( Read more... )

i am still off work ill. it's getting quite boring so i thought i'd get a facebook! now dan can stop nagging me.

i am off work with illness. this is most rubbish.

in other news, i am growing out of my clothes rapidly, leaving a barren wasteland of empty coathangers in my wardrobe. this is making planning outfits rather frustrating, like being on holiday but with less to pick from.

oh i can't even breathe. woe is me.

I am so very tired, I went to bed at 10.30, slept til about midnight when i found myself wide awake and unable to drop off again. fell back to sleep at some point, only to be woken at about 4.30 by some fuckwit trundling wheelibins up and down the street.
