agnostic means you believe in god/a higher being if there's solid proof (as opposed to most religions which rely on faith), atheism is you dont believe in god/a higher being period. usually theres not adequate proofs so agnostics act like athiests, but theyre saying they'd be willing to consider the possibility of a god. does that make sense?
