How do I remove these annoying ads from my page? Pay for a membership to LJ?

What do you think about my page now? is it better than it was before?

actually you probably have that new "plus" version of an account that they're doing that shows ads.... if you just downgrade to the "basic" account, they'll go away. The "plus" accounts that show ads or whatever are free too, but you get partial rewards as if you had a paid account. :)
