Public school teachers already have enough trouble teaching kids basic math and reading. (Forget about algebra, science or US government). Does anyone really think that public school teachers will be able to teach their young students anything about gay marriage?

20.5 miles. Hoo-rah. This was the Flyers 20 mile tri-borough run. The run up the 59th street bridge was pretty strong (at around mile 16?). Red nike t-shirt. Blue new balance shoes.
Start: 66 degrees, 62 dewpoint.
Finish: 75 degrees. 63 dewpoint

5 mile run. This was Fitness 4-mile race. Ran race at about 7:57 pace. Good have gone faster, but for choking and vomiting at the end. Need to resolve this. (Wore yellow tank top). Red new balance shoes.

3.5 mile run. Just a quick run to the park, up to resevoir and back. Relatively speedy. Need to improve endurance.

19 Miles! Felt strong for first 13. My legs felt terrible at end--plantar/ankle tight on both sides. Blue new balance shoes. Maybe need to eat better the night before.
Temprate and dewpoint relatively constant. Kind of windy from NE or ENE (about 10-15 mph). 64.0 degrees, 48.9-50 dewpoint, 30.32 (1026) inches of presure (HPa).

7 mile run. (6 miles opposite way around park plus 1 mile to the park--jogged a bit home after run too). Terrific run--a little slow compared to two years ago, but good for what it is. Blue New Balance shoes.

About 5.5 miles (1 mile to the park; 4 mile loop along bridle path when possible; .7 mile run home). Very good run. Need to cut down on breaks in between and stay focused. Red new balance sneakers.

Finally, autumn has come.
Ran maybe 5.5 miles (1 mile to park, 4 mile loop, run 0.5 miles). Several water stops. Blue new balance sneakers. Felt pretty good--more importantly, awesome weather.
57 degrees, 51 degree dewpoint.

15.8 miles. Blue new balance. Tough run--may have aggravated plantar fasciatis. Hamstring on left side still feeling weak. Start of run was 73 degrees; 69 dewpoint. End of run was 74 degrees; 72 dewpoint. Ran about 2 hours and 50 minutes.
