It's been 16 days since I stopped biting my nails. It's been tough from time to time. I purchased a Revlon nail care kit and have been using that both to improve the shape of my nails and also because I find running the tools around my nails to be a satisfying substitute for biting. I'm a nail biter. But I'm trying desperately to stop. I've done pretty well so far, having gone five days without even a nibble. Has anyone else ever had this habit before, and what can you do to get rid of it?

Slimming
I came in a full 9 pounds under my starting weight on Sunday afternoon. Hooray! Having a coach who is both supportive and informative is a huge help.

I'm feeling better. Saturday was kind of rough, as I began to clean up Herbert's things. But by Sunday I began to feel much, much better about stuff.
