The BBC has just posted a new web site to help folks new to the Doctor's adventures catch up on some of the history. Presented as the archives of the Daleks, "The Beginner's Guide to Doctor Who" provides details about the Doctor's ten (so far) forms, his various enemies and companions, and details about that incredible machine, the TARDIS.

I started feeling poorly on Sunday and it became so very awful - misery-making sinus congestion, and endless river of snot, and the like - that for a time I entertained the notion that I may have become susceptible to hay fever.
