Ooh, thanks for the translation! God, this has to be one of my favorite chapters so far in HOLiC. Himawari finally got some depth to her character, Doumeki proved that he doesn't ONLY think about Watanuki, what with helping Himawari (anti-shippy comment), Doumeki carried Watanuki bridal style (shippy comment), we were given answers, and the art was really good, in my opinion.

So good~!

(As for Tsubasa, I couldn't tell you. I know I only read it now for Kurogane XD)

Doumeki helping Himawari made the three of them seem like siblings to me.
I.e. Doumeki being the older brother and watching over the three of them.
Is Clamp going for the platonic thing again? I mean in Himawari's case who else could ever be in a relationship with her besides Watanuki? And what about Doumeki? Three-some?! Ewwww(anti-shippy comment :D)

I think at this point I'm going to be just as happy with whoever Watanuki ends up with (except Yuuko) as I would be if he doesn't end up with anyone. All of the relationships as of now have been set up so nicely that it can go any way.

But yeah. Is it sad that I feel cheated that we never get to see Doumeki carrying Watanuki? I'm sure CLAMP would draw it beautifully...!

Yep. I wish he had his own spin-off comic, with cameos of Fay (I will never get used to that spelling...) and maybe Sakura. Maybe.

Ack, thanks for that correction! I went all "wha..?" at that line (couldn't place the の part), but I concluded that it was just Fuuma teasing Seishirou. Now that I look at it again, you're right, he's talking about his aging process. *facepalm*

XO! Ohisashiburi, flowright!! When the first thing you look for are things like "ohimesamadakko" or when it crosses your mind at all, I mean who else thinks of stuff like that o_O you've definitely read too much Japanese manga XD. But I just can't help it (see lj name XO)....remember the arc with that mysterious ghost(?) woman in volume 6? When Watanuki fell over and Doumeki carried him to the infirmary? My first thought was. ohimesamadakko?! And when Doumeki told Watanuki he didn't have a fever I was like: how did he take his temperature? Thermometer(no way)? Hand to forhead..? FOREHEAD TO FOREAHEAD...?!
haha....there must be a 腐女子 gene....haha
