So, I feel like Shaw's doesn't want us working together. Anyways, that really stinks; I had a feeling something shitty would happen if you dropped down to halftime status. I'm actually taking Religion 100, haha, you should try to take that. But yeah, why not take a lower-level class. Think about a language or music class. Art?

Chris:
It may be worth taking a look at Mainecare. It covers all prescriptions and doctor visits (specialist visits and visits to Maine Med, at least). They may very well tell you that you make too much money to qualify, but as I have a chronic illness I was able to file an appeal with Augusta and get full coverage despite my earnings. I would recommend this as you seem to be in a similar position. I went to the office, was denied, blew up, and was told to talk to the main office in Augusta. There I simply told them that as a student there is no way in hell I can afford thousands of dollars a month worth of medication...and voila! The only real problem is you have to send them a letter from your doctor once a year saying you are still sick (because chronic, incurable diseases so often disappear out of the blue) or they will cancel your coverage with no warning. They're silly bastards, but it's a hell of a lot better than trying to deal with it all yourself.

Just a tip.
