I'm currently reading Lolita. It's good. We have a few books in common. Luckily I got some Borders gift cards this year, so I can buy without much guilt for a little while. I've got tons of books on my shelves on standby, too.

I love Augusten Burroughs-I haven't read the new one though! Lolita is one of my go-to books when I want to read something I know I'll like. Right now I'm (trying) to read John Updike's "The Witches of Eastwick"-I can't decide if I like it or not.

I haven't read any Nabokov yet, but I own both Lolita and Invitation to a Beheading. I've heard pretty much only good things.

Haven't read any Updike either but he seems a little iffy to me. One of my favorite authors, David Foster Wallace wrote a pretty funny review of an Updike book here: http://www.badgerinternet.com/~bobkat/observer1.html
