Hmmm, I don't quite recall. But given it was your single pic on that other site and just the short 'About Me' blurb something in those had to have piqued my interest (as it was the QuickMatch thing).
As a candidate answer for the OKC question, that is a little nebulous! On the other hand, "I've asked and apparently it is something," might not be too bad an entry.
Oh, yes, I should have said, feel free to unscreen. I was being evasive about naming the site in case you try to keep it and here separate with anyone.
My point was more that when I first 'met' you it was via that QuickMatch thing. It means 1) We probably match well on the site (we do), 2) Probably I liked the look of you from the pic, 3) At least nothing that put me off in the 'About Me' blurb (lk lts ov txt spk, lol!).
And of course you claimed NOT to be Goth, so I had to find out if that was true or just the archetypal denial.
Nah, anyone here is welcome to know that I finally followed an OKCupid invitation to register. It is for fun and LJ recruitment anyway. I'm perhaps a tiny bit more defensive the other way but anyone who mentions they have an LJ will probably end up being told my username. (Your experience may bear this out.)
It could be funny to put "The first thing that people notice about me is that I'm not a Goth, or maybe that I am."
