    Still doing the P90X thing, and it's still a bitch, but I have definitely noticed some changes. First, I'm in pretty decent shape. I can now run the length of 30 feet before heaving my lunch. That's easily three times as far as before ( Read more... )

    Well, two weeks down, 11 to go. The first week was terrible - every exercise felt like I was using poor form and struggling to get through it.     Finally, respite. Today was Kempo, a cardio program based on some simple kicks and punches. I was able to crush this workout, from start to finish. I'm sore as hell from yesterday's pullups, though. My lats are on fire.

    Hosting a party tonight so hopefully the eating (drinking) won't go to hell, and I'll still be able to do tomorrow's workout (

    Legs & Back. Excruciating and awful, and I felt like I had terrible form, even using a chair to spot myself on lunges and chinups (which he considers "back" exercises).

    Also did abs again, and I feel like there's no progress yet. I hope I make it over this hump, because the beginning of this 3 month program makes the rest of it seem absolutely
