The other day I heard a guy on the tube (Hammersmith and City Line between Latimer Road and Shepherd's Bush) playing a sort of recorder/flute/whistle type thing. Can anyone identify the instrument from my surreptitious recording? It looked metal, but has a very 'breathy' quality to it.

I am totally besotted with Spotify. It's like the amazingness of discovering Napster in 1999 (wow, ten years). This is igniting a passion and curiousity for music that I've perhaps not indulged in as much as I should have lately. The knowledge that this is totally legit is amazing.
