Weekend update

Finished week 3 of 100 pushups. It's still hard, but I'm not nearly as sore as I was when I started. Go me. Another stress test at the end of next week, so I'll have a more concrete feeling for how I'm doing then. I seem to be losing weight too. Won't know exactly how I'm doing until I do some graphs at the end of the month, but even I can see ( Read more... )

YAY for less soreness! I know you were lethally sore for a while there. I'm pondering slacking off on my own exercise thanks to this cold I have. I haven't decided.

I'm proud of you!!

You really should go lighter on the exercise when you're sick. You're body is diverting energy to fighting off the invaders! The trick is going back to your full exercises when you feel better, which can be hard.
