So, know what I made tonight that you probably didn't? Baked salmon with asparagus and butter sauce. Let me tell you a little bit about butter sauce. It's a french thing, and like most french things it's a bit fussy. It's basically an entire stick of butter flavoured with wine and lemon juice. But instead of melting the butter and mixing in

You know, apart from the chocolate mac and cheese, the weird stuff Chrispee is eating isn't all that weird. =)

Well, it's really "stuff that's weird to Chrispy but she's trying anyways", but that title doesn't roll off the tongue as well. :-) I've never made a butter sauce, and the concept sounded gross, but so glad I tried it.
