Im not sure If everyone knew, but after my last post, my mother passed away the next day on September 16th. I am mourning of course and my siblings and I are just trying to find our new normal...whatever that is. -

Apparently last night the Coronado Bridge was closed while they talked someone down. I hear they called in a hostage negotiator. In all honesty, what they should have done was call up the survivors, the wives, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters etc. The ones left behind to let him see that suicide is not victimless. Wow, what a whirl wind...first let me say that yes im still greiving. Im of course in a different space on it. I still need to take the remainder of Philo's ashes to Vegas. Im still dealing with loss and I feel horrible since it was pointed out that everyone seems to be loosing their kitties. So for all of my friends going through this my heart goes out to you. Rest in Peace Dear Mr. Philo
Very quickly...He passed away June 25th at 6pm. My dear sweet friend of 16 years waited to see his Aunt Lisa, and his Grandmother Hayes along With Uncle Earl, Auntie Schellen and Auntie Debbie. Our friend Dennis passed away and there was a small memorial on Thursday. Today there is the more formal event. We are currently preping to go to May War in Potrero...and while we probably shouldnt be going with the ammount of work I have to do. I guess life is throwing me a funk...I dont normally get sad during the holidays and let me say that last week with friends I was on cloud nine. But there are things weighing me down and I feel lately as if I have these huge weights tied to my feet.
