1. I lost .5 pounds this week. It's not a lot, but it is better than gaining .5 pounds. And, that's 2 sticks of butter off of my thighs...so there's something to that. I would like to lose 9.5 more pounds. That will put me at my favorite WW weight and 2 pounds below the lowest weight I've had since I had the kidlets ( Read more... )

I just got a call from scarlett75's husband. It looks like she either had some kind of heart incident or she is having a flare up of her lupus--they are not sure yet. She is in the ER right now and they are running tests. I will keep you posted. Her husband said she's feel better now that they have some medication in her ( Read more... )
