Someone in a class told me it was a budget issue with the lifeguards, and another person told me it was timing. I also heard that Connie in Marysville came up with the kickboard stuff she and I both do in order to fill the time once classes there went from 45 minutes to an hour. So now I'm curious if all the classes used to be 45...
