way to go on the not smoking Christy! I know it can be really hard, and I remember you giving me encouragement last year and now look, come Sept 7 it will be a full year for me! Its all about attitude, you need to keep the attitude that you are not giving up something you loved and its addicting, but that you finally realized something you did was horrible.

Drug free is the way to be! YAY!

I might suggest carrying pretzel rods with you around campus if it gets to be really tough. They are still long and round, but much healthier for you, low in fat and all. It would be a similar feel and maybe make you think less about it. That's what a friend of mine said she did when she quit. :)
