Short thoughts on the inauguration:
GOD IT WAS SO COLD.
Disorganized, but secure.
The weirdest Obama merchandise I was offered: Barackulars - Obama binoculars.
Watching Bush while Obama spoke makes me think that more than anything, the Presidency is a job in which you burn out, not fade away. I hope Barack comes out of it ok, because he is so young ( Read more... ) -

Just some things...
The Litter Locker is the most amazing invention ever. Who ever thought one box could hold a month's worth of cat poop without smelling? It makes a ton less trash than using grocery bags, especially since we use reusable grocery bags and so we don't have a lot of the disposable plastic kind. And, $120 later, I have an antibiotic! And a prescription for some other things that I didn't get because they were really expensive (cough syrup, and Flonase as a preventative thingy). But hopefully now I won't die. I'm really, really excited to get better ( Read more... ) -

So I went to the CVS minute clinic yesterday and they told me they couldn't treat me/prescribe me an antibiotic because my airways weren't clear. The lady said I was wheezing that she couldn't diagnose me there because it might be something more serious, like a bronchial infection. So I have to go to a real doctor. At least CVS didn't charge me ( Read more... ) -

I need to see a doctor. I am in a lot of pain and discomfort. My sinus infection is out of control and its not clearing up on its own. It's definately getting worse ( Read more... ) -

I've had what I'm pretty sure is a sinus infection for the past three weeks. I've gone through 3 boxes of tissues.
All the nose blowing has made the skin under my nose uber sensative. I'm normally prone to getting cold sores, but I've gotten 5 in the past 3 weeks.
And I have no health insurance. And I won't until September.
Hoorah!
