the first few days of Devin's life he was held 24/7 by my mom or me. (Devin's dad was too busy.)

When I had my baby boy, I got this advice:

a babywipe, facecloth, burprag etc.. placed over his area the second you take the diaper down will help catch any showers that are a'comin ;)

Yeah, I usually do the babywipe thing, and it works pretty well. Tonight, he felt warm to us, so we took a rectal temp. Needless to say, and I'm sure you know, the thermometer triggered something, and out came the projectile poop! Gotta love it. :)
