Started thinking the other day, I love food so much, I should blog about that. Well, I found out that I have IBS (a mild form of it) and have started a high-fiber diet to remedy said issue. I canceled cable over three weeks ago, and apparently, Cox Cable is 1) a stupid, stupid entity, 2) to busy for their own good or 3) really, really nice because we still have cable. I just enjoyed a lukewarm cup of organic tomato basil soup with cheddar cheese.

Ahhh, I cannot believe that summer is almost over. Since my last post, I got the job at Escambia High School. I am so excited because I'll be teaching all 10th grade Level 2 (well, I do have one Level 1 class, but that's okay).
