Dayamn, if I could get than in SF for 500/month I'd be swimming in a pile of cash each month, in the amount of $700. With a smile on my face.

500 month! and that looks spacious!

the apartment i'm in is about 8 minute drive from school (it's actually VERY close but you know, waiting at stop lights) - our rent is $795/mo but i'm sure it has gone up for the new tenants. this is the price we got two years ago and it hasn't changed yet.
