for Perfect Pushups...a great workout plan came with it. if you follow it, it actually works...i know, i did it. plus, it works the arms and shoulders in a different way and the end result is looking "ripped."

as for the sleeping schedule, poker book, distractions, flares, and bets...Best Of Luck to you friend. Hope it goes well.

*edit 50 perfect pushups is impossible

i threw that sheet away, but i know the gist of it. (do sets with wide, close, and reg pushups.)

I stopped at 38 today. 24 reg, 8 wide, 6 close. D: I suck.

if you stopped at 38, round up to 40.
do sets of 28,12,10. for each position: regular, wide, close.

as for the workout sheet, its probably available on their website, or i could scan it or something to you.
i know that once you reach a max...you do 3 sets, and the sum of those repititions should be 10 higher than your previous max; so just make it up as you go along

also, i have perfect push-ups and i can only do max 26 straight and that includes me taking small breaks in the upright position in the middle of it. let's take our shirts off and compare. i bet i have bigger titties.

FYI -- if you set your alarm to 1:45 am, your body is going to start associating that noise with sleeping (Pavlov's dog stuff). If you use the same alarm to get up, you are gonna start oversleeping.
