Yay! As of today, my motorcycle is paid off at last! And I got my truck paid off last month! Now, I'll have all that extra money each month to spend on, well, vet bills....sigh. Still have to get Amy to the rat ophthalmologist.

No litter box duties, huh? Yeah, I could go for that kind of pet. It's a good thing my truck and bike are paid off because I've had it with my job. I think I'm going to quit, whether I have something else lined up or not. The money is good, but that place is seriously fucked. I kept hoping it would calm down and get better, but the meeting in CA two weeks ago, where I met all the other DOEs in the corporation, was enlightening. It doesn't get better. It keeps getting worse. They all work 11-hour days and weekends, and their personal lives and health are all going to hell because of it. I looked at them and thought, "No, thank you. Not going there."
