This sounds a lot like the foreign physicians I work with. They get assistance from staff and the MS Word spellchecker when they are doing any official writing.

It's the handwritten chart notes that I worry about! But then, I used to be a medical transcriptionist, so stuff like this makes me cringe.

That's pretty scary. Doctors scare me. Nurses scare me too. In fact, the entire medical profession is a horror unto itself. *cringe & shudder*
