Everyone knows Gabriel has a sweet tooth and it gets even more intense during the holidays. With all the cakes and pies and candies and cookies around all the time Sam has also indulged quite a bit. Luckily Gabriel likes his boyfriend on the chubby side.

Demon!Dean decides to "cleanse his palate" of the hunting life by eating really fattening food and not giving a $h1T about the effects it has on his body. Unfortunately, after Sam cures him, Dean is still overweight and horribly embarrassed/angsty, because it's a physical reminder of his time as a demon. Sam and Cas are super supportive, but Dean's having a hard time controlling his increased appetite after the cure. The fact that he still has the mark and has grown accustomed to coping with it by overeating isn't helping matters.
