Cas is infatuated by the hot pregnant guy he sees come into his bakery most mornings. He also finds himself becoming more fixated on him the further along he gets... and then one day when Dean is waddling in looking like he's about to pop Cas finds out somehow that he was wrong... Dean isn't pregnant. He's just getting fatter and fatter and has an amazingly pregnant shape.

A chubby Dean ends up knocking up Sam. They're both very excited about it. Pretty early on in the pregnancy Sam's normal diet goes out the window and Dean's eating habits rub off on him. He ends up piling on a massive amount of weight during the pregnancy. Dean doesn't mind of course, he loves Sam and Sam never gave him a hard time when he got fat. Sam figures he'll be able to just melt it all off after he haves the baby but things don't work out that way (maybe he continues to crave the junk food or he gets pregnant again shortly after).

Something maybe a little darker Sam and Dean both have their fetishes. Sam loves Dean massive and growing which has led to him becoming huge. Dean also has a thing for bellies and keeps his brother huge and pregnant as often as he can every time getting him bursting before him and that damn metabolism shed all the baby pounds. Their activities have left them with a lot of children though Sam's pregnancies are becoming more spaced out since Dean's size makes impregnation difficult.
