Ever since they moved in the Bunker, Dean's cooking skills have shown through and it's definitely shown on Sam's waistline. Within the past year his weight as skyrocketed and Dean can't keep his hands off of him. Sam is okay with it now, after a struggle with accepting his new body and lifestyle, but now he is desperate for both food and Dean's attention.
Bonus if Sam keeps gaining at a fast pace and mobility issues or lack thereof ensue <3

Jared has always known Jensen as very fat. He's around 350lbs or so when they meet. Jared loves everything about Jensen including his body which when things turn intimate is even squishier and softer and flabbier and stretch mark ridden than Jared could have imagined. It turns out that Jensen used to be bigger... a lot bigger... and for whatever reason lost a lot of weight. Except now Jared can't get the image out of his head and finds himself cooking ridiculous dishes of mac and cheese overflowing with butter and fatty toppings and making sure there's always pies or ice cream around and Jensen just can't help but indulge and he starts to fill out more and more.

When Dean gets depressed he eats and eats Sam has no idea that Dean is depressed but loves all the weight he is gaining

Jensen is pregnant and Colin is in love with how large Jensen is and starts a relationship and when Jensen has the baby he uses him to gain more weight

After a curse, Dean is given pig like mannerisms (oinking, laziness, etc.) accompanied with nonstop eating. Sam is secretly delighted by this as he's been wanting to settle down and start a feeder/feedee relationship with Dean anyways. At first Dean hates the curse but quickly grows to love it and relishes in it.
Love to see snapshots of Dean getting bigger and bigger with Sam caring for him unconditionally. <3
