Caffeind
So it's been just about 2 weeks now since I had any caffeinated drinks. It just sort of worked out that way. My next million dollar idea
A sort of vertical monopoly in the grocery business... I'm thinking of hydroponics gardens in the grocery store itself. No costs associated with shipping the final product, and how much fresher produce could you actually get? You might be able to arrange it so the customers actually pick the fruit off the vines. -
Trump Duck
I think Trump Duck is an excellent name for a cartoon superhero. It's also a spoonerism for dump truck. -

Call from Scarlett!
I just got a call from Scarlett! Actually, I just missed a call from Scarlett. I wish I'd known 757 was a Virginia area code. As it is, I didn't recognize it so I let it go to voicemail and just checked it now. But she's okay, and she called me to let me know, and I'm really, really happy! -
I get by
I am really, really happy about having met Christine and Mzy. We've made a lot of lovely friends since moving to New Mexico last year. There have been a couple of false starts, to be sure, but I'm very grateful for all of our wonderful friends here. Meeting Christine was definitely fate, though, no two ways about that. New friends
We've made a couple of new friends, under somewhat extraordinary circumstances. Rachel and I were at a Japanese restaurant when one of the waitresses came up to our table and said to me, "I like your persona." Together At Last
Arlo Guthrie is having a solo reunion tour. He'll be here in Albuquerque March 15th. This is apparently the first time he's appeared solo on stage during my lifetime. -
Not so good
Been a while since I've posted anything. Shortly after my previous post things took a darker turn.
