sweetie i hate to say this, but i usually can't go out and do anything on saturday nights, cuz i hafta get up at the ass-crack of dawn for work on sunday mornings. plus i have been very sick lately, which means i need to rest more than usual.

this does not mean i don't love you, and that i don't want to be at yer party. cuz I do! i do. but i'm not sure i can. i'm sorry. please don't hate me.

i'll sing you a song the next time i'm well enough for karaoke. ok?
