Just got my butternut squash gratin in the oven...I had to use only the leftover yolks from my Coconut Macaroon spree that I went on this afternoon, so I'm a bit concerned about it, texturally speaking. Just got back from the Transgender Day of Remembrance events at my new place of employment. Managed not to stab anyone with a fork pretty much only because I didn't bring a fork.
