Everything is a bit up and down at the moment.

One minute i think i'm on top of everything then another letter purveying all sorts of horrible news lands *thump* on the door mat and their is nothing at all i can really do to fix it because the people sending these letters are the ones who put me in the crapper in the first place. I know this is all
