Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed this and that particular line. It was actually the bit that this entire piece was written around. Since Owlsie and I were talking about what would have caused Cleo to look so frazzled and River so smug in his sketch. Really, I was a little bit surprised when I wrote this up in a jiffy that it would inspire such an angsty one-shot. I would've expected plain humor. Still, sometimes things write themselves with no regard for what you thought you were going to write, eh? Thank you again!

once again i must note that i am a really lucky person to be able to come home from the grocery and find fic like this waiting in my inbox. always cracks me up when you ask if i will look it over. like i would ever be silly enough to say "no". well, never when fic is involved!

btw- my fav part- "River guts the pyramid and fills it with Silence. She builds a beacon that cries out across the universe, throughout time and space. Her mother calls to let her know that she's bringing the Doctor and they'll be there soon. Though it hardly seems necessary; they all know exactly when he'll arrive." damn hon. damn!

river's line to cleo makes me uber!happy too. but you already knew that, didn't you? lol!
