My husband just called me about 10 minutes ago .. he's on his way to Calgary for the biiiiiig football game on Sunday and told me it was blizzarding in Calgary .. I accused him of being drunk! lol!

Now I feel bad ;)

Tell him to take it slow, RCMP aren't recommending travel between Red Deer and Disbury.

He's in a chartered bus with a bunch of other rowdies .. like a little snow and ice is going to stop them from traveling?

It's like Vegas .. what happens on Grey Cup weekend stays on Grey Cup weekend .. or something like that ;)

Maybe we should take a couple vacations in snowy places in winter here. I know it's a pain the butt yet it looks so neat. I'm a wuss with the cold usually. :) But we did enjoy it when we had some snow on our trip to the South Island in May, would love to experiment more with ice and snow shots.

I like winter and the white is a nice change to all the brown we've been seeing for the last couple of months. White snow and blue sky is the best. =)

White snow and blue sky is the best! We had some of that during our trip to the South Island and it was really nice for photos.
