I remember 1994. My entire family watched the playoff run on TV, towels in hand. This was it, this was our turn...and then, the Rangers won it. Your last paragraph sums up how I feel. No wonder why this is a No Fun City; when people are allowed to have fun, it turns into a riot. Truly disgusting. And sadly, I was fully expecting a riot, regardless of the outcome of the game.

I was also expecting a riot, even worrying that I'd be stuck at Job 2 for hours while mayhem ensued. Fortunately, that was not the case. (The guests at Job 2 were mostly sporting and resigned/calm about the outcome. I imagine that most just went home after the game.)
