Months of hustle
Job 2 has been very good to me in the past few months, giving me more shifts as seniority allows. More shifts meant getting off probation, which meant I got a raise of a few extra dollars an hour. One month later
Well, October happened. Spending long hours at Job One, followed by spending just as many hours watching movies at VIFF. Then there were the parties. On my first morning in Austin, I woke up smiling. I was here, healthy, and in a hotel that was walking distance from everywhere I needed to go. And SXSW was happening.
