I'm already contemplating my post-wedding (or maybe pre-wedding?) tattoo(s).

I think when I get home from Vegas, I want to get something bigger and more visible (at least in a tank top, not something that would severely restrict my work clothing). My thoughts now are of somehow including both the flower that represents anxiety (red columbine) and ( Read more... )

I think those a pretty and a good idea.

I keep going back and forth on the getting a vegas tat thing. I'm not 100% on what I want it to look like exactly and I'm also worried about getting in and then laying out in the sun and fucking it up!

I can't say from lengthy experience just yet, but I bought some stick-based sunscreen (kind of like chapstick-style) that was spf 50, and it helped a lot cuz I could apply it just to the areas I needed, then put a lower spf on everywhere else to get somewhat of a tan. It seems to have helped, although my major tats now are on my sides, which are harder to expose in the sun when you're on the beach anyway.

Do you think we could do them on that Friday? Like the afternoon? I been researching and I think I can figure out what I want for sure. I think Karen might be getting an addition to her tat as well!

I like the flowers and the idea behind them. They are awesome. :)

I was tempted to get my music notes and stars in Vegas (all the way down my side, starting at my right shoulder), but I think I am going to suck it up and just get the small bass clef/treble clef heart because I need the money to pay for my puppy as soon as I get back from Vegas, but I want to get a tattoo in Vegas. It's a compromise, but I want another tattoo damnit!
