It was about 9pm election night when while listening to Jon flipping through the numerous news casts, I realized that something wasn’t right.  I stayed up to about 1:30pm writing a paper for my class, but I went to bed knowing the outcome.

What a pleasant surprise... My first time, at this job, when I've had the top track parents not be complete and total stone faces. I mean they were actually joking around. Today was my first day of school. I'm finally tenured!!! Now I can wear whatever I want and they can't fire me. Yippee!!! (Well, not exactly, but I'm less concerned with what administrators think).
