I bought my ticket to go see The Avengers on Friday. \o/

I'm really excited for this movie, but I must admit that I...don't actually know that much about it. /o\ I haven't read the comics, and up until a few days ago, Thor was the only lead up movie I'd seen. Which makes me feel like a bad fan. I mean, the trailers look good, and the non-spoilery ( Read more... )

I haven't read the comic books or graphic novels or anything, I've just seen the other movies. I definitely recommend Ed Norton's Hulk over Eric Bana's...Ed Norton's still wasn't all too great, but it was a billion times better than the one Eric Bana was in. But, since they redid the Hulk story once, I'm not entirely sure that there's anything in The Incredible Hulk that you need to know for The Avengers. They might be restarting it over again, lol. They seem to be having trouble with the Hulk.

Iron Man was my least favourite, lol. I cannot stand that movie, I almost walked out. For me, Thor is the best, absolutely.

Yeah I've heard that the Edward Norton one is better. I wanted to see it a while ago anyway, since he's one of my favorite actors, but I've been really bad at seeing movies in the past few years. I probably won't get around to it before The Avengers on Friday, but hopefully I can see it soon anyway. I like Mark Ruffalo, too, so I'm good with him being the replacement.

Haha! The thing is, I'm not actually that into most action movies in general, so at least with Iron Man, I got to enjoy Robert Downey Jr. run around being quippy. I wasn't a huge fan of Thor, but that could've been because we got there really late to a crowded theater, and ended up seeing it in 3D Imax from the second row, all the way off to the side. Not the best way to enjoy a movie. ;)
