The Ex (Dutch avant-punk outfit), their beautiful chaos, and a bit of why I love their music so

I consider The Ex to be to Punk what Louis Armstrong was to Jazz: innovative and full of spirit. They are incredibly intricate, rhythmic, political, lyrically brilliant, creative and danceable. I had the joy of seeing them play live a couple years ago at Lee's and it was the best show I had ever heard. It was like witnessing an interactive non-stop
