The point of that list is to stay cautious around those people, not to attack them for no reason. That wouldn't make us any better than them.

Most of those who did something were already punished in some way or their offense didn't require drastic measures. This dossier's purpose is to have possible suspects for when something happens again, and perhaps ways of dealing with them. There's no need to beat anyone up right now.

If you want to see the list, however, I'll run it by everyone to add and change things if necessary.
