Depends on how you define "win". Did they really want their monument in the park, or did they just want to point out the hypocrisy of the Ten Commandments monument?

Should they be allowed to have their monument in a public park?......Yes and No Yes because you can't represent one group and not another. No because if the ruling group is in power and they say no then Tough. Religion and Government is Tough If your remove Religion from the Equation, The Government should be able to say No you cant have your Monument in Our park. No reason needed.

This case reminds me of the question someone asked me when I became a Notary. They Asked if I could perform their oath on another holy book besides the Bible..... I Said no, Subsequently I no longer do Oaths I do Affirmations.
