Well, the kettle I posted about earlier, it's crap. After two uses it has decided to chip. I complained to KitchenAid Canada only to get a response from them that says I have to deal with KitchenAid USA as the kettles are not sold in Canada....um, I believe I was in Canada when I bought the kettle unless I missed something like a border crossing.
