Spinning
I've been to a new Spinning class 2x in the last 3 weeks (I know, impressive, right?) and I think I really like it. I can "zone out" on the bikes, with the music pumping, in a different way than anything else. I really like how quickly the class goes, it doesn't take much coordination (like the dance and step classes) and I geel good about it. ( Read more... ) -

Summer lovin'
We had a brilliant weekend of classic summery goodness and I was reminded why I love summer, warmth, sunshine, people, picnics, being outdoors, dogs, kids, balloons, cherries, peaches, ice cream, exercise, sidewalk chalk, parks and grilling.
