The not a great year for music theme continues, but songs was always going to be easier than albums and there have been some fantastic singles over the past 12 months and narrowing down the list was harder than I expected so I done a top 20 instead, my reasoning being it would make a fantastic Mix Cd ( Read more... )

Well, my decade lists require more thought, so for now I will stick to the top albums of 2009. This wont be an easy list either, but there is far less competition this year! Well, last year I did a similar post which correctly predicted success for The Kooks, Orson and Boy Kill Boy, along with some slightly less succesful tips like Duels, and one or 2 total flops. I havent posted in AGES, but yesterday I saw a Fly and a Wasp having a fight. So I had to return to LJ world to make a note of this grand occasion and make sure I never forget it.
