Guest services
This week I trained as a Guest Services Attendant or GSA. At Dolce, Guest Services doubles as Security during the day. I trained with three different people so I saw different methods and levels of Great Guest Experience or GGE. week 5 front desk
This week I trained at the front desk. The first day I spent learning how to check out people using Maestro Property Management Services. There were only two check-ins and I watched Thea as she did them. week 4 Kitchen
This week I rotated in the kitchen through Garde Manger, AM hot foods, Pastry, PM hot foods and the omelet hot action station, which was part of AM hot foods.
