This is harder than I thought...

When I first started keeping a journal on here I was in Highschool and I really wish I hadn't deleted my old account. It would be kind of cool and maybe even therapeutic to see things I was going through and the ways I coped (or didn't) with them. I've had this journal for four years and have taken long hiatuses, but I always come back to the same journal for that reason. Many times I've thought about purging and having a fresh start, but I want to be able to see where I came from.
Four years is a relatively short time, but a lot has changed since first came here.

So whilst it's sad that you deleted your old journal, it's nice that you came back and started a new one. Just don't delete this one and be in the same position a decade from now ;)

I started keeping this journal 15 years ago, and sometimes I look back at it and I'm like "OMG I was an angry child!" I'm surprised so many people have kept me around!

I assume that you aren't so angry these days? If so, could you see in your writing where that began to change for you?

No, I'm not so angry these days. I could kind of see a transition. When I went to graduate school, things got better. :D
