It's been a while
Sorry, it's been a while since I've updated. Things have been pretty uneventful for the last little while. I'm still looking for new work as I feel like I've reached a plateau in my current position. The thing is my expertise is in areas that pay the most when you travel and I (and my wife) would prefer that I don't travel at this point in our ( Read more... ) -

I can't really talk about it with any of my friends, but I am interested in a lot of conspiracy theories and other weird things. I would like to emphasize interested in and not believe in. Today, I watched the movie Gladiator and it made me think about respect. Maximus was a man who commanded respect and it wasn't just because he was a General in the Roman Army. In 2013 we were living in Ohio and barely making ends meet. I was making 11.75/hr. We had just had our third child and we were getting government benefits. I wanted more for my family so I started looking for other work and that search included moving us if necessary. When I first started keeping a journal on here I was in Highschool and I really wish I hadn't deleted my old account. It would be kind of cool and maybe even therapeutic to see things I was going through and the ways I coped (or didn't) with them.
