Day 4.
After a massive binge yesterday, I gained a pound.
But Today I've got to keep focused and get down. 16 pounds to go.

Fast starts tomorrow :)
it's only 6 days, but hopefully it will sort my control out.
And no more cutting for a while, yestetday was a mistake.
I'm just going to stick to no food instead for a while.
Things will get better, I will get there

I feel pretty ill this morning and its like 9.32 and already ive had 200 calories.
I'm a joke.
And if i didnt have to go to the gym later, I would be sat here with a knife.
I am such a waste of space nowadays.
